Shipping & Returns


Shipping costs are calculated based upon weight and volume. All prices are quoted through USPS, UPS and Fedex in real time, but we cannot guarantee all priced to be accurate at all times. Of particular note are oversize items.

FREE SHIPPING offers are only valid on regular sized (up to OS3) items within the contiguous 48 states, for standard ground shipping.

If you require anything other than UPS / Fedex Ground shipping on an oversize item we recommend calling 786.529.GRID to get an accurate quote.

International Orders – All prices, shipping quotes and final charges from SIMRacing Depot exclude any taxes or duties that might be due on a shipment outside the United States. The fees are due upon receipt of order and are to be paid in full by the customer / card holder. Our minimum freight and handling charge will vary depending on the items you are buying and your location. All freight costs which are displayed on the website are for estimate purposes only. Most of the time, these amounts are correct within a few dollars. If your country has no shipping option listed, please contact us and request a price quote.

Free shipping offers are not valid for any international destination.

If ordering large / oversize items or a large number of items for international shipment, there may be some delays to to logistical issues. SRD Inc reserves the right to cancel or amend any international order based on logistical / delivery problems.

All prices are quoted in US dollars. All prices exclude any freight, taxes or duties that might be due on a shipment outside the United States. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any and all fees associated with import duties, taxes, broker fees and transaction fees on international sales.  All prices are subject to change without notice.

SIMRacing Depot reserves the right to correct any typographical errors before, after or during the time period that an order is placed. We try to describe each product to the best of our ability. Sometimes product photos do not always reflect the exact product being sold. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item’s product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. It is possible some items in our catalog may be mispriced…all efforts are made to correct any mistakes as soon as is possible, however due to the huge range of products, constant change in pricing and industry standards, there may occasionally need to be changes made after an order is placed but before it is processed. Some items listed in the catalog may be on a backorder standing depending on current manufacturer availability. If this is the case for an order which is placed, SIMRacing Depot will contact the customer with options on substitutions or cancellation of the order. 

Backorder status, special order, item stock levels, etc:

Please note that not all items listed on are in stock at all times. Items considered special order may not be specified as such on all listings. Items which are not in stock and not anticipated to be restocked in the near future (either for reason of manufacturer delay, unavailability or other similar reasons) will typically be listed as *Backordered* – however, just because an item is not specifically listed as *backordered* does not mean that it is in stock and immediately available. You will be notified of any delay or unavailability before your card is charged and will be given the option of changing, canceling or approving a backorder on that item.

Product Reviews

All product reviews will be checked before being approved. A coherent and well constructed review will be most helpful for other customers, so please use proper punctuation and refrain from common texting or abbreviated terms that could be confusing.


At SIMRacing Depot, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to SIMRACING DEPOT within 10 days of purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the date of purchase.

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, SIMRACING DEPOT reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.

How to return or exchange an item:

  • In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  • Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
  • The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received a label in the email, print the label and tape it to the carton.
  • We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  • SIMRACING DEPOT is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
  • SIMRACING DEPOT is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
  • TVs, combos and monitors 37" and larger once any of the packaging has been opened.
  • Computers, Software and Hardware once any of the manufacturer's packaging has been opened.
  • All consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, etc.) once unwrapped.
  • Any computers built or modified by SIMRACING DEPOT to customer's specifications.
  • Special Order merchandise.
  • Underwater equipment that has been submerged.
  • Educational tapes and books once unwrapped.
  • SIMRACING DEPOT Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash.
